Like the poor bad-guys in Superman II, mom and
Paul seem trapped by the plane of the photograph.

They were just sitting there on the table in the late day sun.

What a difference 2 days make. Today, the
'claw' flower looks like this!

In response to the hundreds of emails I've received
accusing me of only being able to doing macro work,
I thought I'd post this to prove I can shoot eccentric
diner pictures as well.

I know, I know, this wasn't shot 'yesterday', but it's grey and gloomy today, so I thought the orange could brighten things up.

Ken's Tears
My favorite tree on Benefit St.
We were stuck by this unusual daisy at a nearby nursery. But it wasn't until I got in real close that I realized each petal looked like a mini calla lilly. Thanks to the skylight and overcast morning for the even lighting.

In an effort to re-energize my personal photographic process as well as offer companion encouragement to fellow photographer friends, I am finally posting my first image.
